Ms. Brinda inspires through her strong leadership skills and an effective problem solving attitude. She is a person with a thorough understanding of educational reforms and practices, and aims to ensure that the students have access to quality education. She Is a specialist in the Montessori method of education for children from the age of two and a half years to twelve years.
Llewellyn Xavier joined Samskaara in 2016 as Principal. Prior to his appointment, he was Principal at both Stanes Higher Secondary School in Coonoor and Coimbatore. He promotes collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and community members, enabling a positive learning environment. He holds an M.A. and M.Phil. in English Literature and a B. Ed.

A graduate in BBM & D.T.Ed., she maintains effective communication with students, staff and parents and coordinates with various committees in the school. She also plans and organises activities within the pre-primary program.
She has completed the Montessori training for primary level (3 to 6 years) & elementary level (6-12 years).She is responsible for supporting the teachers, students and parents in the pre-primary program. She also trains the teachers in the Montessori methodology and leads the children towards independence and love for work.
An M.Sc., Maths, B.Ed., graduate, Vinitha is a versatile,intuitive and humble teacher who loves working with children.
She is a passionate Montessori trainer and teacher, with 10+ years of experience working with children and 8+ years of experience in training adults. She is trained in pre-primary & elementary under IMC, Bangalore. She is an educational consultant for Montessori in Coimbatore.She has done her Masters in Home Science at Bangalore.
She holds a post graduate Diploma in Nutrition & Food technology.After having extensively worked in the Pharma and Food industries (Research & Quality Control), she dabbled with entrepreneurship for a few years, before discovering the joy of working with children. From cooking and baking to Biology and History, this journey with Samskaara and the children has been the most rewarding and enriching experience she has had so far.
From interactive in-class activities to student-led initiatives outside the classroom, there are many ways for students to be involved. At Samskaara, we encourage a sense of ownership and engagement. The school office has a team of dedicated and experienced administrative staff who take care of all the administrative work, admissions and finance.
Our team of support staff render motherly care to the children right from Casa upward. The team includes the catering staff that provide delicious and healthy food to the children on campus everyday, the bus drivers who are dedicated to safely transporting the students to school and back to their homes, and the security staff who ensure a protected environment on campus.
